- How long does it take to install the modules on-site?
MicroHomes modules are shipped +90% percent complete – inside and out – so that as little work as possible is needed on site.
On-site construction involves placing the modules on the prepared foundation, joining together modules that make up the house, and then connecting all the utilities, such as water, waste and electricity.
Depending on the complexity of the project, installation requires 1-3 days.

The customer must prepare the foundation and connections based on MicroHomes instructions.
- How long is the warranty for MicroHomes?
MicroHomes provides a two years warranty for the modules.
Appliances (such as hot water heater, security system, etc.) are covered under separate warranty from their manufacturers.
